Thold. circumc. Domini. A toldi pálos kolostor megengedi Elwes-i Chakan Andrásnak, hogy használja azt az újonnan telepített szőlőt, amelyet néhai Elwes-i Toth Imre ültetett a pálosok által nekiadott erdő helyén, annak ellenére, hogy Toth Imre azt csak élete tartamára kapta és így felesége Piroska jogtalanul adta el 8 forint 25 dénárért Chakan Andrásnak. A kolostor azonban kiköti, hogy a szőlő termőre fordultával földjáradékot tartozik fizetni. Eredeti, papír 28x34 cm.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) TOLDI KONVENT (PÁL)
