IV. a. purif. BMV. A leleszi konvent előtt Czyczer-i Zsigmond nehézségei miatt a Szabolcs megyei Wys birtokát a Therebes-i pálosoknak adja zálogba 48 forintért. Eredeti, papír 22x30,5 cm. Hátlapján pecsét nyoma.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi) (IV.a. Purif.Marie virg.). A leleszi konvent előtt Czyczer-i Zsigmond a Szabolcs megyei Wys-i részét összes tartozékaival a Therebes-i pálos kolostornak zálogosította el 48 forintért, s most kifizetve az összeget a pálosoknak, kölcsönösen nyugtatják egymást s mindenféle perlevelet, idézést, semmisnek nyilvánítanak. - Papíron, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyomával. - MOL, (AP Terebes f.6 n.3) - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 683.
