Az esztergomi káptalan előtt Mykola-i András fia János vitéz és Sarow-i Péter fia László megegyeznek abban, hogy ha egyikük örökös nélkül halna meg, birtokait a másik fél örökli, de olyan kikötés mellett, hogy az elhunyt özvegyének a birtokokon, amíg férjhez nem megy újra, használati joga marad.
