Zsigmond király Zudor (dictus) Péter egykori bán és István bemutatásában a saját és fivérük: Zudar (dictus) Imre erdélyi püspök függőpecsétjével megerősített oklevelet, amelyben a Borsod megyei Laad földet és Kerezthwr birtokot a pálosok Laad-i Szűz Mária tiszteletére épülő kolostorának adományozzák, átírja és Mária királynő, a főpapok és bárók egyetértésével a benne foglaltakhoz hozzájárul. - Átírva Zsigmond király 1406. április 18-án kelt oklevelében. - MOL, (AP Lád f.7 n.7) - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 622.
