Wetflaria-i Solmis Miklós trieri egyházmegyei clericus, pápai közjegyző előtt ”Bonus de Canalio”, a lateráni palota comes palatinus-a zágrábegyházmegyei Andrást, Mátyást, Tamást és Lászlót, akik a Welicha melletti András János törvénytelen fiai, a IV. Károly császártól nyert privilégiuma alapján törvényesíti. Olasz hártyán, közjegyzői jeggyel, Bonus comesnek vörös fonálról függő ép pecsétjével.
