A zágrábi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Garai Miklós bán parancsára Rauen-i Bozonya fia Péter báni emberrel ellentmondás nélkül beiktatta Miklós deákot Banfelde, a hozzátartozó s egész a Grachan patakig terjedő szántóföld, a három sessió és tartozékai (”inter possessiones civium civitatis Montis Grecensis de Zagrabia”) birtokába.
