(Garig. fasc. 3. nr. 23.) A csázmai káptalan előtt Kozouch-i Jakab fia Chemer János a maga és fia: János nevében húsz aranyforintért elzálogosítja a Garigh-i pálos-kolostornak Palichna nevű falvában levő azon jobbágytelkét, amelyben Mayhen halász lakik. - Az oklevél szövege alatt más, de egykorú írással: ”Item pro quinque florenis auri recepit vinum, sic tenetur XXV flor.” Papíron, nyílt alakban, hátlapján ovális viaszpecsét nyomával. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 10 (1932) 96 CSÁZMAI KÁPTALAN
