(Zlath, nr. 4.) ”Iohannes abbas beate Marie virginis in Toplica, totusque eiusdem loci conventus” a Sturmecz nevű prediumot, visszavéve azt hűtlensége és a birtokok elhanyagoltsága miatt Tatar Miklóstól, átadja minden tartozékával az ”in monte sancti Petri prope Perniam” lakó pálosoknak azzal a feltétellel, hogy évente száz solidust ”pro censu terragii” fizessenek s Szt. Márton napján ”decimas porcorum et tria munera” adjanak.
