A zágrábi káptalan előtt Tokouch-i Demeter fia Pál a maga és Kozouch-i Chemer János fia János, valamint felesége, Erzsébet nevében - ki Chemer János leánya - tiltakozik, hogy Monozlo-i Chupor György fia Pál mester, Zágráb és Körös megye comese, az ő Kozouch, Mariasouch, Fynefelde és Palychna nevű falvaikat el akarja foglalni.
