(Garig. fasc. 4. nr. 2.) A csázmai káptalan előtt Maryas fia Jakab, a Garygh-i pálosok jobbágya, ”confrater eiusdem ordinis”, a maga és felesége, Anna, nevében a kolostornak ígérik haláluk után ”quandam vineam ipsorum liberam in territorio possessionis dicti claustri” két üres hordóval együtt, azon feltétellel, hogy ha őt felesége túlélné, akkor ez élte végéig birtokában tarthatja a szőlő felét az egyik hordóval.
