(Ztreza, fasc. 2. nr.11.) Monozlo-i Chupor Pál, Szlavónia bánja a Powsa fia Mátyás, felesége Margit (ki Kanenicha-i Zwuilka leánya), másrészről pedig Kanenicha-i Beke fia Tamás fiai László és János közötti pert elhalasztja Szt. Jakab oktávájára. Az első fél ügyfédje: Salynmelleky-i István fia Jakab, a másodiké ”Paulus Sartor”. Az oklevelet a bán al-bánjai, Borothua Miklós és Mathusel pecsétjeivel erősíti meg.
