(Conv. S. Helenae prope Segniam, nr. 2. A.) ”Presbiter Iohannes condam Georgii de Pago” császári közjegyző, Zeng város írnoka előtt Bálint, a Szt. Ilonáról nevezett pálos konvent priorja, a szerzetesek nevében, eladja 160 fontért Semenaci Andrásnak egy szőlőjüket, amely a Vlastha-völgyben fekszik. Olasz hártyán, közjegyzői jeggyel, Jakab volt bíró fia, Antal bíró megerősítő záradékával.
