Ujhely város (Johannes Vas iudex de Vyhel et Stephanus Zakal ac Ladislaus arcupar iurati ceterique cives de eadem) tanúsítja, hogy Corpas (dictus) Imre Corpasfolde területén, nyugatra Tamás fia Péter, keletről egy bokor szomszédságában levő, a Bary villa-ba vezető útig nyúló 20 hold szántóját végrendeletileg a pálosok Szent Egyed kolostorára hagyta. - Papíron, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyomával. - MOL, (AP Ujhely f.4 n.16) - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 702.
