Fyzesd-i Péter al-bán, körösi comes és a megye szolgabírái előtt Bálint szerzetes tiltakozik, hogy Zenthlylek-i Castellan László fiai Zsigmond és Gáspár, s Castellan Ádám fia Péter a ”mons Garygh”-i pálos kolostornak egyik, keletre fekvő erdejét kivágatták, a fát elhordatták, a makkot pedig disznaikkal fellegeltették.
