(Petri et Pauli ap.), Buda. Zsigmond király felkéri a leleszi konventet, hogy küldje ki hiteles emberét, akinek jelenlétében a kijelölt királyi emberek (Kemeche-i Miklós, Kemeche-i Mihály, Bol-i Tamás, Bol-i Lőrinc, Bagdan-i Balázs fia János, Rakamaz-i Pál, Rakamaz-i Balázs deák) egyike iktassa be Waraszo-i Pál fia Pál feleségét és Pinch-i Miklós fia András feleségét, Anasztáziát Chobay-i István fia Miklós lányait, új adomány jogcímén a Szabolcs megyei Tordas nevű pusztába. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 684-685.
