(Szveticze, fasc. 2. nr. 2.) Zsigmond király Peeth-i Jwk fia Mártonnak a maga és testvérei: Tamás, Orbán, Jakab nevében előterjesztett kérésére átírja s megerősíti a Dl. 34.658-t (l. 1. sz. a.) s a zágrábi káptalan 1406 március 12-i oklevelét (l. 2. sz. a.) s azok tartalmához ”ex prelatorum et baronum nostrorum ad id accedencium consilio prematuro et uniformi decreto” királyi consensusát nyújtja.
