Zsigmond király előtt Péter, a ”promontorium Zagrabiense”-i pálosok vicariusa és [Banfelde-i] Miklós deák megegyeznek oly módon, hogy Miklós Banfelde birtokot visszaadja a szerzeteseknek, azonban élete végéig birtokában tarthatja s jövedelmét is ő élvezi.
