(Garig. fasc. 4. nr. 5.) Zsigmond király György, a ”mons Garigh”-i pálos kolostor priorjának kérésére átírja Borbála királyné 1412 november 25-i oklevelét (L. 103. sz. a.) s azt a királyné hozzájárulásával, ”prelatorum eciam et baronum nostrorum consilio prematuro ac uniformi decreto eorundem” örökérvényűleg megerősíti. Hártyán, rózsaszín-kék sodrott selyemfonálról függő kettős pecsétel. - Ugyanezen szám alatt az oklevél egykorú egyszerű másolata. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 10 (1932) 109 ZSIGMOND KIRÁLY
