(3. d. inquis.), Somogyvár (Somogwar). A somogyi konvent jelenti Somogy megyének, hogy 1413. október 21-én kelt oklevele (lásd Bándi SMM 17. [1986] 37/23 sz.) értelmében Deed-i Balázs megyei ember és János pap, a konvent hiteles embere a tizenegyezer szűz ünnepén (okt. 21.) a megyében vizsgálatot tartottak, amelynek során a parancslevélben foglalt panaszt jogosnak találták. -Papíron, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét töredékeivel.
