Zsigmond király meghagyja az egri káptalannak, hogy küldje ki hiteles emberét, akinek jelenlétében a kijelölt királyi emberek (Korhy-i János, Chaba-i Miklós deák, Byk-i József fia András) egyike iktassa be a Laad-i Szűz Máriáról nevezett páloskolostort a Borsod megyei Rakushaza birtokba, amelyet Olnod-i Zudar (dictus) Péter bán fiai: Jakab és Simon adományoztak a kolostornak a maguk és szüleik lelki üdvössége érdekében. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Bándi Zsuzsanna): BLÉ 5 (1985) 629.
