(Remethe, fasc. 2. nr. 5.) János zágrábi püspök, királyi és királynői főkancellár János, a promontorium Zagrabiense-i pálosok vicariusa kérésére átírja és megerősíti Eberhard zágrábi püspök 1410 július 19-i oklevelét s a maga részéről is megparancsolja ”comiti de Dombro”, hogy a szerzeteseket védelmezze meg. Rongált, több helyen kitöredezett hártyán, nyílt alakban, alján keresztformán szétmázolt papírfelzetes piros viaszpecséttel.
