A pannonhalmi konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Bach-i István királyi ember és a pannonhalmi konvent hiteles embere: Mihály Nyalka-i plébános március 8-án be akarták iktatni a Chathka-i pálosokat a Komárom megyei Thech birtokba, de Kanizsai Miklós egykori kir. tárnokmester fia János nevében az Azar falusi bíró vagy officialis ellentmondott, ezétt ugyanazon napon és birtokon megidézték Kanizsai Jánost a pálosok ellen böjtközép nyolcadára (március 25.).
