Várad, V. p. Penthecosthes. András váradi püspök a pálosok Várad város közelében épült kápolnájának Várad területén, a pálosok kápolnája közelében levő hegyen, keletről a Szent Egyed plébánia, délről Pyíspeky-i Besenew (dictus) András, nyugatról az Olazy utcából való Ffantherew (dictus) Gergely szőlője és a pálosok szántóföldjei szomszédságában egy szőlőt ad, amely különben Karachon István, a Szent Egyed egyház plébánosa halála folytán szállt a püspökre.
