Buda. Egiddi abb. Zsigmond király Péter pálos rendfőnök kérésére a váradi káptalan 1420. augusztus 24-én kelt oklevelében foglalt, a Várad város közelében alapított Szűz Mária kápolna részére történt Zanthow-i rét eladásához hozzájárulását adja. Eredeti, hártya, mellette hitelesített 1724. évi másolat, a hátoldalon rányomott nagypecsét nyoma. Kancelláriai jegyzetek. Vö.
