Zsigmond király megengedi, hogy ”ubique sub iurisdiccione sacre huius regni nostri Hungarie corone” fekvő pálos kolostoroknak ”quilibet nobilis vel baro seu quevis alia cuiuscunque condicionis dicti regni nostri persona” fekvőséget adományozhasson vagy végrendeletileg hagyhasson.
