(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 27.) A csázmai káptalan jelenti Cillei Hermannak, Szlavónia bánjának, hogy parancsára Lesna-i Gergely báni emberrel megbízottja: János pap megidézte Zrednamelleky-i Gergely fia Lőrincet Zrednamelleky-i Geleth fiai Dénes és Fülöp ellen a kőrösi székre, Keresztelő János oktávája utáni hétfőre.
