(Ztreza, fasc. 2. nr. 29.) János zágrábi püspök, Magyarország főkancellárja, ”Hans Walpoth civis de sub castro nostro Kywar” érdemeiért telkét vagy kúriáját, amelyet Walpoth vétel útján szerzett, s amelyet eddig ”ad instar aliorum civium et populorum nostrorum sub dicto castro nostro Kywar habitancium” tartott birtokában, mentesíti minden taksától s minden pénzben vagy terményben teljesítendő szolgálmánytól.
