(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 11.) A zágrábi káptalan előtt Bekethynch-i Beke fia Tamás fia János a maga és leányai: D[ar]hko s Dorottya, továbbá Beke fia László leányai Kathruska és [Maricha], nővérei, Tamás leányai Margit és Margunda nevében elcseréli a Bekethynch faluban levő valamennyi, náluk és idegen kézen levő birtokrészüket Decche-i Roh fia László fiai István, János és András Decche falu területén levő Koyanowch nevű villa-jáért és 20 arany forintért.
