S. a. Mich. arch. Buda város tanúsítja, hogy György, pálos rendfőnök a Szent Lőrinc kolostorból az Ermenes-i kolostor budai házát Nodler Mihály és a néhai Hinkó budai polgárok házai szomszédságában Sighart János budai polgárnak és feleségének, Katalinnak, valamint két örökösüknek életük tartamára 20 arany forintért évente bérbe adta. Eredeti, hártya, két eredeti példány, az oklevelek alsó ill. felső szélén ABCD chirografum, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma.– Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) BUDA VÁROS
