A csázmai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Cillei Herman, Szlavónia bánjának parancsára megbízottja, András presbyter ellenmondás nélkül beiktatta Bolyar-i András fiait, Berecket és Pétert a kőrösmegyei Jakopowch falu birtokába. - Báni emberek: Monchonch-i Lőrinc fia Jakab, János fia Tamás (de eadem), Laderyowcz-i Vahtha fia Barnabás, Velykemellyky-i Miklós fia Pál, Marthonos fia Benedek, Marthonowcz-i Gergely fia István, János fia Jakab, Monchowcz-i Tamás diák.
