A csázmai káptalan jelenti Cillei Hermannak, Szlavónia bánjának, hogy ítéletlevele értelmében, amelyet a káptalani pecséttel lezárva visszaküld, Thekouch-i Miklós báni emberrel megbízottja, András presbiter Zrednamelleky falu felét vissza akarta foglalni s abba Zrednamelleky-i Geleth fiai Dénest és Fülöpöt be akarta iktatni, azonban Zrednamelleky-i István fia György és Gergely fia Lőrinc ellenmondottak.
