A pécsi káptalan előtt Gergely, a Szent Jakab hegyi pálos kolostor perjele, a kolostor egy szőlőjét a Pathach-i szőlőhegyen, amellyel délről Tót (Sclavus) Barnabás, keletről Kyral András, délről Tót (Sclavus) Mátyás, nyugatról Mayffey (dictus) János szőlője szomszédos, 20 új forintért eladja Ragadach-i Lukács fiainak: Bálintnak, Illésnek és Barnabásnak.
