Pálóczi Máté országbíró a pert, amelyet Bertalan, az Elefanth-i kolostor perjele visel Pelseuch-i Nagy (magnus) János fia Miklós ellen a Bars megyei Velykapolya birtok határai tárgyában, elhalasztja a felek kívánságára Vízkereszt nyolcadáról Szent György nyolcadára (január 13-áról május 1-jére).
