A nyitrai káptalan előtt Felseuelefanth-i István fia Márton és fivére, Lukács néhai apjuk, István kiszabadítására a csehek fogságából elzálogosították Podlusan nevű Nyitra megyei birtokukat a Nyitra folyón levő malommal együtt Onor-i István fia Andrásnak és feleségének, Aneta-nak 100 magyar arany forintért olyan feltétellel, hogy ha a birtokban őket megvédeni nem tudnák, Felseuelefanth birtokon adnak azonos értékű részt.
