Roycza-i Balázs fia Bereck zágrábegyházmegyei clericus, császári közjegyző előtt Lachowcz-i és Konzkamelleky-i Lachow fia Tamás fiai László és Péter a Streza-i pálosoknak adományozzák Dyankowcz nevű erdejük felét és egy elhagyott jobbágytelküket. Tanuk: ”Nicolaus de Konscha, Emericus de Capella ecclesiarum parochialium plebani, Demetrius capellanus ecclesie sancte crucis de Velike.” Hártyán, közjegyzői jeggyel.
