A pannonhalmi konvent előtt Pazna-i Domonkos fia Mihály és felesége: Magdolna, valamint fiaik: Pál és Miklós Nyulas birtokon levő szőlőjüket lelki üdvösségük érdekében a Chatka-i Szűz Mária egyháznak adományozzák. AS nevezett szőlő keletről Legath (dictus) Jakabbal, délről Kelemennel, nyugatról Tot (dictus) Sebestyénnel, északról pedig Sel (dictus) Miklós útjával határos.
