Albert király meghagyja a csázmai káptalannak, hogy Zenthlelek-i Castellan fia Ádám fia Pétert iktassa be Zenthlek, Femeallya, Dmuchkfelde, Matheusfelde, Podwynna, Zawersya, Gradischya, Saranch, Zyrch, továbbá Podgorya, Symonfelde, Alasonabradonch, Felsenabradonch, Labasonch, Lahounchyna, Popwd (Kőrös megye) birtokok felébe. Királyi emberek: Nicolaus Salgoy dictus de Beketyncz. Johannes de eadem, Benedictus de Zrednamelleke, Ladislaus filius Jacobi de Wragonch. Meghagyja továbbá, hogy az ellenmondókat a szlavón bán elé, a kőrösi szék elé idézze meg. Papíron, zárlatán papírfelzetes piros viaszpecséttel.
