A csázmai káptalan előtt Demeter, a ”mons Garigh”-i pálos kolostor vicariusa tiltakozik, hogy Rawen-i Mihály mester, ”prothonotarius sedis Crisiensis” ”quandam vineam Kozthenowch vocatam in territorio decimacionis prefatorum fratrum heremitarum existentem et habitam obtineret et possideret, ad instarque aliorum virorum in eodem territorio vineas habencium decimas et munera prefatis fratribus heremitis reddere et persolvere non curaret”.
