(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 125.) A zágrábi káptalan előtt János ”mons Garigh”-i pálos szerzetes Márton vicarius és a többi szerzetes nevében tiltakozik, hogy Monozlo-i Chupor György a Kozoucz possessióhoz tartozó Polachno villaban levő hat jobbágytelküket s az azok mellett levő halrekeszeiket elfoglalta.
