Márton mester, csázmai helytartó a szokott bírságban elmarasztalja Halych Bálintot és Moyzlawecz Tamást, akik, noha János Berschyanowcz-i és Bálint Gresencze-i plébánosokkal megidéztettek ugyan eléje a ”montes Garygh”-i pálosok vicariusa, Demeter ellenében, de nem jelentek meg, noha a felperes a meghatározott napon s még két napig várt reájuk.
