A csázmai káptalan előtt Barowcha-i János, Garich vár várnagya ”in sua ac omnium fratrum proximorum et consanguineorum et tocius generacionis tam sue, quam condam Mathey familiaris sui, quos presens negocium tangere dinoscitur, personis” felmenti Pongrachowch-i Meles Dénes fia Istvánt a familiarisai által véletlenül megölt Máté meggyilkolásának következményei alól.
