A váradi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelentek előtte egyrészt Zamlen-i Gábor literatusnak a fiai: Mihály és Péter, magukra vállalva László és MIklós nevű testvéreik terhét is, másrészt Zamlen-i István és Mihály meg Péter bejelentették, hogy a biharmegyei Zamlenben és Septelyben lévő birtokrészeiket azok minden tartozékával 100 arany forintért eladták unokatestvérüknek: Zamlen-i Istvánnak és meg fogják annak a tulajdonában védeni. Méltóságsor: Honorabilibus viris dominis Johanne preposito, decretorum doctore, Petro lectore, Nicolao cantore et Andrea custode aliisque canonicis ecclesie nostre. - Függő pecsét. VÁRADI KÁPTALAN
