(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 124.) Zenthlilek-i Castellan fia Gáspár és Thwrocz-i Benedek al-bánok, comesek és Körösmegye szolgabírái bizonyítják, hogy a Márton ”mons Gerigh”-i vicarius kérésére kiküldött Thapolczazentgwrgh-i Simon diák szolgabíró vizsgálatot tartva, megállapította, hogy Zrednamelleky-i Bangodych István a szerzetesek Remethincz-ben levő birtokára törve, az ott saját kertjében kölest gyomláló János nevű jobbágyukat félholtra verte.
