A garamszentbenedeki konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Herbolth-i Lipthai Bálint és ily bejelentést tett: a Barsmegyében lévő Cherenyen nevű birtokát elődjeinek és a saját lelkiüdvéért a Ker. Szent János tiszteletére épült Elefanth-i pálos kolostornak adományozza örök alamizsnaként, semmi jogot sem tartva meg magának belőle. GARAMSZENTBENEDEKI KONVENT
