(Kamenszka, fasc. 1. nr. 11.) 1454-01-29 vagy 1454-02-05. Cillei Ulrik, Szlavónia bánja meghagyja Sthenychnyak nevű vára várnagyának, Krayger Andrásnak, hogy a Kamanzka-i pálosokat a nagyanyja, Katalin adománylevelében foglalt határleírás figyelembevételével ”auctoritate banali” vezesse vissza azon birtokaikba, amelyeket tőlük az Othok-i és Ztrelchyan-i nemesek elfoglaltak. Rongált papíron, amelynek egy része kiszakadt, a szöveg alatt töredezett piros viaszpecséttel.
