A fehévári keresztes konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte az Ewsy birtokon lakó Zeke ”dictus” György és bejelentette, hogy az Ewsy birtok határain belül lévő Cherzelew nevü szőlejét, amely délről Kerekes István, északrúl pedig egy uton tul Zeke Éliás szőlejével határos, élete végéig maga akarja élvezni, halála után azonban a szőlő minden tartozékával átszáll a Bod. Szűz tiszteletére épült Chathka-i pálos kolostorra - örök alamizsnaként a saját és szülei lelkiüdvéért. Eredeti, papir. Hátán pecsét nyomai. FEHÉRVÁRI KONVENT (KER)
