Notum sit omnibus tam modernis quam futuris hominibus, qui presentia scripta viderint, audierint vel legerint, quia nutu Dei rege Bela tertio regnum Ungarie feliciter et pacifice gubernante Farcasio palatino comite mediante proloquutore vel executore negotii presentis existente, ego Caba eidem regi inclinavi, ut quoniam expers heredis eram, totam possessionem meam tam in agris per iugera centum, quam in vineis duabus, mancipiis et peccoribus Deo et monasterio Sancti Martini in monte Pannonie manciparem, ita dumtaxat, ut quoad viverem, cum coniuge mea possiderem, post obitum meum, si Edlelmes coniux mea superviveret, et ipsa similiter possideret, tamen sub protectione Sancti Martini et abbatis et fratrum eiusdem monasterii. Talem votum et oblationem meam rex et omnes principes, qui aderant, approbarunt, et ut perhenniter ratum esset, rege iubente per manum Pauli prepositi et eiusdem regalis notarii presenti scripto confirmatum est, et sigillo regali roboratum. Quando rex ista fieri precepit in die dominico in domo Ssene comitis sub quadam quercu sedebat et comites isti cum eo: Dionisius comes Baaciensis, Gallus comes Albensis Ultrasilvanus, Thomas comes Clusiensis, Zemere comes de Simtei, Pancracius comes Temissiensis, Ant comes Novi-Castri, Ssubanus comes Strigoniensis, Thomas comes filius Samsonis, Cornelius comes Geuriensis, Thomas filius Zah et alii quamplures ministeriales regis viciniores et remoti, quos omnes nominatim dinumerare vel describere longum est.
