Paulus, iudex aule regie et comes Zaladiensis, universis presens scriptum intuentibus salutem in eo, qui est salus omnium. Ad universorum volumus pervenire notitiam, quod constitutis coram nobis partibus, videlicet abbate et iobagionibus monasterii de Bel ex una parte et iobagionibus castri Korkou ex altera, intelleximus partium consensu terram dicti monasterii, que communiter sita fuerat terre populorum de villa Scelch aratris duobus subiectam, trecenta et quadraginta iugera in se continentem, iuxta tenorem privilegii illustris ceci regis Bele felicis memorie a terra prefate ville Scelch debere segregari. Nos itaque congruis partium aquiescentes voluntatibus mediante homine nostro Michaele de Gely terram ad duo aratra sepedicte ville facientes separari, propter cautelam altercationis iuxta priorem numerum iugerum, a plaga septemtrionali sitam tribus villis castri Supruniensis, videlicet Keycuch, Geztey et Surch per crebras binas metas usquequo venitur ad Grenche in possessionem dicti monasterii fecimus assignari perpetuo possidendam. Ne igitur super facto dicte terre temporis processu questio vel lis aliqua oriatur, pro distincte terre statu, ad partium petitionem dedimus presentes litteras sigilli nostri munimine roboratas. Anno dominice incarnationis M° CC° XL° IX°. [1249.]
