Innocentius episcopus, servus servorum Dei, dilectis filiis ... priori et ... subpriori Sancti Martini de Pannonia, Iauriensis diocesis et magistro Bartholomeo de Campania, canonico Waciensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum venerabili fratri nostro magistro P. de Sancto Helia episcopo Aquinatensi per nostras litteras duximus indulgendum, ut annuum redditum sex marcarum argenti, in quo ante suam promotionem venerabilis frater noster ... episcopus Iauriensis tenebatur eidem, integre percipere valeat, quousque possessionem [suam] Aquinatensem adipiscatur pacificam et proventus percipiat ex eadem, predicto Iauriensi episcopo nostris dantes litteris in mandatis, ut redd[itum] ipsum iuxta nostre concessionis tenorem eidem episcopo Aquinatensi vel [ips]ius ... nomine sine difficultate et qualibet diminutione persolvat et de subtractis integram satisfactionem impendat. Ideoque discretioni vestre per apostolica scripta mandamus, quatinus, si dictus Iauriensis episcopus super hoc mandatum nostrum neglexerit adimplere, vos eum ad id monitione premissa auctoritate nostra apellatione remota cogatis. Quod si non omnes hiis exequendis poteritis interesse, duo vestrum nichilominus exequantur. Datum Perusii, IIII. Nonas Septembris, pontificatus nostri anno decimo. [1252. szept. 2.]
