Nos Elysabeth, Dei gratia regina Hungarie, significamus, quibus expedite tenore presentium universis, quod nos universas possessiones monasterii Beati Mauricii de Beel in quibuslibet comitatibus existentes in nostram recipientes protectionem et tutelam specialem, volentesque easdem habitatoribus decorare et populorum multitudine preditare, universos libere conditionis homines ad predictas possessiones causa commorandi venire volentes presentibus assecuramus, ut libere veniant et secure commorentur in eisdem sub nostra protectione speciali trium annorum libertatibus a die adventus ipsorum fruituri. Volumus igitur et vobis universis comitibus, castellanis, nobilibus et aliis quibuslibet iobagiones habentibus, cuiuscunque preeminentie, status vel honoris existant et eorum officialibus ac vices gerentibus, quibus presentes ostendentur, edicto reginali firmissimis damus in preceptis, quatenus iobagiones vestros libere conditionis homines ad predictas possessiones causa residentie se transferre volentes, accepta licentia, solutoque iusto terragio, absque aliquo impedimento libere et secure abire permittatis, salvis eorum rebus et personis. Secus facere non audentes ullo modo, sicut gratiam regiam et nostram graviter offendere formidatis. Et hoc volumus ac precipimus ubique per fora pubice proclamari.
